Bid Writing Training

Over the years Tim has developed his bid writing training into a comprehensive program – generally delivered to single companies although sometimes external funding has led to several companies participating in the program concurrently.

  • A Five hour introductory session
    followed by six 2 to 3 hours sessions covering
    • Getting ready to bid part 1
    • Getting ready to bid part 2
    • Evaluating opportunities and deciding whether to bid
    • Preparing a standard SSQ response – understanding grounds for exclusion
    • Guidance on the response to a specific tender
    • Checking the draft tender response and getting ready to upload

As an option, a further session can discuss a failed bid and how to react to buyer feedback.
