Over the years Tim has developed his bid writing training into a comprehensive program – generally delivered to single companies although sometimes external funding has led to several companies participating in the program concurrently.
- A Five hour introductory session
followed by six 2 to 3 hours sessions covering- Getting ready to bid part 1
- Getting ready to bid part 2
- Evaluating opportunities and deciding whether to bid
- Preparing a standard SSQ response – understanding grounds for exclusion
- Guidance on the response to a specific tender
- Checking the draft tender response and getting ready to upload
As an option, a further session can discuss a failed bid and how to react to buyer feedback.
